Cancellations

• To respect our artist schedules, all appointments are final.

• If you cancel your appointment you’ll lose your deposit, and have to go through the drop process again in order to book another appointment.

No Shows

Please show up to your appointment! Each no show is a bummer for our artists who have been scheduled based on bookings. All no shows will be charged $100.

Rescheduling

We do not allow for any rescheduling of appointments. Obviously life happens so if you cannot make your appointment due to an emergency, please reach out to williamsburg@ephemeraltattoos.com.
